How exactly does the price work?
Your first 50 rooms are $99 a month, flat — a 12-room guesthouse and a 45-room inn pay exactly the same. Rooms above 50 are charged band by band, and each band is cheaper than the one below it. A 150-room hotel pays $399/mo and a 700-room hotel $1,259/mo, which works out at $1.80 per room.
Why does the rate drop as rooms go up?
Because our cost per room falls as a property grows, and a flat per-room fee just means large hotels quietly subsidise small ones. We would rather pass that on than lose the properties with the most to gain. It also means the starter price can stay genuinely small for a guesthouse.
What's the flat rate you keep crossing out?
Roughly what the market charges: a $149/month base fee plus $12 per room, with onboarding and training billed separately. At 700 rooms that is $8,549 a month. The arithmetic gets absurd fast, which is exactly why we do not use it.
Are there transaction fees on top?
None from us. You bring your own payment processor and their fees are theirs. We never take a cut of in-room sales.
What does the free pilot actually cover?
2 months on one floor, with the full product — not a limited tier. Onboarding and training included, no card on file, and no automatic charge when it ends. We chose two months because one only covers a single booking cycle, so you cannot tell a real effect from a good week.
What happens after the free retainer months?
Keep the named engineer for $39/month and cancel whenever you like, or stop the retainer and carry on using the platform. Your per-room rate does not change either way.
We have more than 500 rooms. Is the price negotiable?
The banded rate is what you would pay and it is on the calculator above — nothing is hidden behind a form. But a property that size needs a rollout plan, a staged floor-by-floor launch and usually a conversation about integrations, so talk to us and we will build the plan around your property.
Will the price change later?
Not for you. Once you are in the founders cohort, your bands are locked and there is no base fee, ever. Any future list price applies only to hotels joining afterwards.
