How exactly does the price work?
A flat $29/month base plus $6 per room. So a 20-room boutique pays $149/mo; a 60-room hotel pays $389/mo. No tiers, no surprises.
What's the 'normal' price you keep crossing out?
Our list price after the founders cohort closes is $99/month base + $12 per room, plus a one-time $290 onboarding and $190 training. The 6-month concierge retainer becomes $39/month. The founders cohort waives all of that.
Are there transaction fees on top?
Zero from us. You bring your own payment processor; their fees are theirs. We never take a cut of in-room sales.
What does 'free onboarding' include?
A kickoff call, initial setup with you, live staff training, and on-call support on launch day. No card, no contract, no hidden fee.
What happens after the 6 free retainer months?
Two options. Keep the dedicated concierge engineer for $39/month — cancel anytime. Or stop the retainer and keep using the platform; the $29 + $6/room never changes.
Will the founders price change later?
For your hotel, no. Once you're in, your $29 + $6/room is locked in. The list price applies only to hotels that join after the founders cohort closes.
Do you take on-site visits?
In selected destinations (Tel Aviv, Milan, Lisbon, Athens, Limassol, Paphos) on-site is included once during onboarding. Outside those, we work remotely.
